This weeks house menu

During the Christmas break we decided that with rising costs of food that a menu plan for the family be put in place, well 3 weeks on and with no complaints for the children we are saving money to the tune of £40 a week and not wasting a thing. Here's next weeks menu fot your interest.
Monday- Lamb Tagine with Cous Cous
Tuesday- Jacket Potatoes with Cheese & Bacon
Wednesday-Chicken Stir Fry
Thursday-Chicken Noodle Soup
Friday-Homemade Beef & Chips
Saturday-Chicken Kiev
Sunday-Honey Roasted Gammon

    Lamb tagine turned into curry, too many kids visting on Fri for home-made beefburgers (used bought ones) and did roast chicken on Sunday instead as we had people for supper.
